Directed health care to our Indigenous patients that respects their culture, rights and beliefs. Participation in the Closing the Gap program to remove health care barriers.
Chronic Disease Management
We are able to assist our patients with GP Management and Team Care Arrangements, advice, support, disease progression prevention and referral to external support services.
Diabetes Management
Our team of Doctors and Nurses support our diabetic patients with medication management, diet advice, preventative support and equipment education.
Asthma Management
Our asthmatic patients can be supported with asthma management plans, symptom control, preventative advice and technique education.
Immunisation
Childhood, adult and travel immunisations are available at the practice. Immunisations are recorded onto the Australian Immunisation Register.
Health Assessments
Assessments to help keep our patients healthy and living independently for longer are available for our older patients, intellectually delayed patients and preventative health assessments are available for our younger patient.
